Additionally, materials and systems carry manufacturer warranties: roofing typically 20-30 years, HVAC systems 5-10 years, appliances per manufacturer specs, windows and doors 10-20 years, and structural components per California building code. We also provide a 10-year structural warranty as required by California law. All warranty information is documented and provided at project completion.




While we don't directly provide financing, we work with several reputable lenders who specialize in construction loans and can connect you with trusted partners. We also structure our payment schedule as progress-based milestones aligned with construction phases, making it easier to coordinate with construction-to-permanent loan programs.
